Another of our newest creation. Inspired from wet market in Jakarta, especially Chinatown area of Glodok, we brings Mie Baskom to you. Using our chef’s selection noodles of the week as a base, we stir-fry the noodles with our special sauce and eggs. Toppings like chicken and vegetables are put when serving.
M41: Mie Kusuke (KUah SUsu KEju)
Our newest collection replacing behun baso. Me kusuke is a new creation combining Japanese ramen Indonesian noodle and Italian pasta. With a creamy soup and mixture of our best creation such as fishball, 2pcs beef balls, prawn wonton, chicken wonton - top with our artisan springy noodles - it is a combination perfect for winter.
